I was really impressed with Tammy. She was very friendly and helped me navigate a complex issue related to a property. She provided me with clear explanations and a timely solution. She really went the extra mile to ensure my company's needs were met.
Update: Unfortunately, service has declined significantly with the departure of many of the long time closers. Have moved business to a different title co. Have worked with Dane Cty Title for years for our personal business and my clients. Shannon, Kevin, Tammy have been super responsive, helpful and makes our transactions smooth!
