Another update: See below for original post. After another long phone wait, I learned my appointment time, and was looking forward to it EXCEPT....... A week prior, they canceled it- they said I was accidentally booked (wonder if this review had anything to do with it.) They scheduled me with a PA (I wanted an actual physician) for mid November. So I have an appointment with Dr. Dane at some point, but I forget exactly when. My bad. I have not received a text or email, so I am trying to call, email, text to figure out when it is. No way to leave a message, no email, no text, no other way to even reach them other than just call and wait in a 30 minute phone queue. Or just drive to Enumclaw and walk in and ask, which might actually be the fastest way. Is this really the best we can do in healthcare in 2025?
Dr Bay is professional, on time, and sincerely is devoted to his patients. When I started seeing him, I was a mess. He got me on the right meds, a c-pap. Now I’ve lost 100 lbs and sleeping more than 2 hours a night.
Dr. Bay treated me with kindness and respect. Listened to my issues and suggested remedies. I'll continue to use Dr. Bay as my primary physician.
