Will never go to that place again. Apt time was 9am. 5 hr wait! has sign in office that there is a 4 hr wait to see Dr. Why would i ever go back. staff very rude, Dr had no compassion or ability to interact with patient. was running up and down hall seeing ppl for a few minutes and then not coming back for an hr. do not go to this place

Not pleasant, just wished he was a little more professional and courteous of waiting times are long. He runs in and out of rooms without saying or apolozing for the lengthy wait.

Very rude especially if you decide to not continue with certain treatment or decide not to pursue further extensive treatment. he even chuckles when he is voicing his opinion making you feel like he is demeaning your decisions. Terrible mannerisms especially towards my elderly relative that I accompanied. Implies that I must not have my relatives best interest at heart!!

I took my 91 year old dad for a follow-up and the way Dr Ronald talked to me was appalling. He criticized everything I said that was in my opinion, the best interest of my dad. He was very emotional abusive to me. I have a heart condition was extremely upset for a couple of days.
