Very Bad Company to by from if there even open anymore? – Bought our house from these guys back march finally delivered in july. Trimout started in november & to this day not finish along with the appliances not delivered nor carpet. Try calling Dandys today and all phones have been disconneted???. Sorry company.... The owner Rick talks a good talk but beware. I have made serval calls to him trying to get this taking care of and he is always busy and says he'll call back in 20 min or so and never has he returned a phone call... read more
I had my house destroyed and Dandy Homes took care of me. – These guys know how to get the job done right the first time. My insurance agent told me to stop here first.
Mikey likes it – I purchased a double wide home, they delivered it to Muskogee for free. Other places charged as much as $7,500.00. Dandy Homes has the best crew i've seen.
My first and only place to buy a trailer! – Look no further!!! If you need a new home Dandy Homes is where to go. I told Mr. Dandy what I needed and what i had to work with he said "i can hook you up" and that he did. We looked at 7 singlewides all over okc, before we found it. I bought a 1998 skyline that needed some work but Rick dandy told me he could work his magic and he did!!! Looks rustic but in a classy way. Dandy Homes is a SHAM! – My mother purchased a trailer from them & it has been nothing but lies & childish behavior. Both the owner & his son are horrible people... pure con men. They are not professionals AT ALL. They are very nice until they get your money, then they drop you. They act like bullies & are very immature. They are very deceitful & we've had many problems with them replacing the pipes under the trailer, the AC unit (complete jerks), and so much more. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON MEN... RUN THE OTHER WAY!
Con men – Stay away from this business. Gave them money for a trailer never received. Business practices are very shady. Never did anything they claimed they were going to do. Should be put out of business.
Dandy (not so dandy) Homes – this was a horrible experience. I also had 3 months of excuses on why my trailer had not arrived. I've had to have them come out several time to have them "fix" problems. The men would disappear after saying they were going to lunch. (They would arrive at 11am) I still have a leaky roof. I would NEVER recommend them. They lie, lie and lie!!
Con Men – I purchased a used mobile home from Dandy Homes on April 21, 2010 and 62 days later I still do not have it finished to move in to. They have done nothing but lie since they received the money for this home. I was told it would be moved within 10 to 14 days. It took 50 days to move it, and then another 10 days to put it together. The trim men are still not finished with what they have to do and only the Lord knows what has happened to the air conditioning unit.
