Makes excuses for poor service.
We bought an older house that never had it's vents cleaned. I called around and dandy duct was the best option I found. He was on time and you could tell he takes pride in his work which I really liked. He showed me before and after video of my duct work and how much better it was. He really took the time to make sure it was done right. I would definitely recommend his businesses.
I had the pleasure of having both Forest and Josh at my home helping with a clogged dryer vent. They are former veterans that operate with integrity and now are helping the greater Dallas area with vent and duct cleaning etc. I highly recommend calling them before you hire someone else.
