I am sad to give this review. I don’t have problem with how the person approached me. But what my problem is that: I went to this shop to get my car fixed. Problem is that there is a vibration while on reverse and Drive mode or gear while you are stationary like waiting on a red light traffic light. That is what I raised firstly because that’s my main problem and it annoys me a lot. I recently brought my 2012 Subaru Forester to Dandy Auto works after discovering a previous owner had dangerously ground down the wheel studs to fit spacers. Falaah was fantastic from start to finish. He immediately understood the seriousness of the issue and expertly replaced all the damaged studs with new, genuine-spec parts and fitted my new tyres. Pretty standard car wash. Got the job done without any issues. Didn’t blow me away, but no complaints either. Interior cleaning was average. Exterior came out looking sharp. Wish they paid more attention to crevices. Staff was courteous but brief. Clean lot and no hassle parking. Good place for a simple wash.
