Worst dental lab! Dentistsent in a scan of the original denture, which was horrible. The try in came back as an exact copy of the horrible denture I was looking to replace. Dentist made some markings and scanned it again. The final denture came back with 2 extra teeth and a lot longer than it should have been and is crushing my sinuses. These people are apparently blind because when I called them, they had to take a second look at it to see to extra teeth were added. How is it possible when they are copying a scan. If I could give this zero stars I would. I received implants 9 months ago. I was scheduled to receive the crowns in November. After weeks of delay and incorrect making, I finally received them over a month later. They immediately broke as they were being placed in my mouth and were made in the complete wrong size and color. Service is absolutely terrible. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone, and when you do get ahold of someone you’ve already waited for 40 minutes on the phone. Nobody calls you back if you leave a message as well. This review gets a 2 star because the crowns are great! The company really needs to work on their customer service. …Including the dandy chat online, it takes well over 20 minutes for someone to log in.. while a patient is in the chair waiting. Only been with this lab a short time & delivery is horrid. latest is.... having a shipping issue from both UT & TX... odd those are 2 different states. When asked to use another shipping company.... "not an option" haha funny as our patients are waiting 4 weeks or more for cases! Retainers from this company are horrible as well. Hoping to end services soon.
I am a patient not a dentist. I have been waiting weeks for my partials. I was just at my dentist office and he said he trys to deal with Dandy on the status of my order but they keep giving him delivery dates, however the order never comes. My advice to anyone going to the dentist for any kind of partial or denture to make sure they don't use this lab. I called Dandy and spoke to Rachel ( she wouldn't give her last name) said she can't give me any info because of HIPPA?? All I wanted was a real delivery date! UNBELIEVABLE!!
