While all the work may not have been the best the first time, the support and the correction process were greatly appreciated.
I would not recommend this lab. No follow up, no communication with issues, seemed like a great idea until the follow up
I have been working with Dandy for the past 1yr and a couple months and the experience has been very, very good. The scanner (a Trios 3 or wireless Trios 5, depending on projected and minimal lab usage through then) is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Fast. Accurate. Makes a full arch scan something to actually look FORWARD to. A denture case walks into the office and now instead of wanting to walk out the back door I am now waiting to meet them in the operatory. Dandy has a fast turn around time on lab cases and the lab techs are very helpful when you have questions or need a review of your scans!
In nearly 40 years of practice, we’ve never had an experience with a lab like Dandy. Like a lot of offices, we had some delays a few months back when they were switching production, mostly with partials. That said, everything recently has been smooth and consistent. What really stands out is the workflow and quality. From ordering to final product, it’s been a big step up.
