Our office has been using Dandy for about a year now. We switched to dandy from medit and it has been so wonderful. Dandy is very user friendly and the turn around time is amazing! For this first time in my career (17years) I was able to seat a partial without any initial adjustments!
We started using Dandy a year and a half ago, and boy has it made our fixed and removable procedures go SO much smoother! The scanner has been such a GREAT seamless addition to our office and I love that tech support is literally just a chat away at any time! It has given our office the confidence to treat more cases that we may have referred out in the past and the products we get back and great quality with minimal adjustments!

Speaking from the office management side, I am disappointed with the sales team. I have had multiple people reach out trying to schedule a lunch meeting with us, once I finally agreed we had multiple conversations with the sales rep. and we set a date and time with promised lunch. My staff did not bring lunch and we blocked out time in our schedule, just to be left with no contact the day of. Hopefully the stop reaching out now!
