Had landlord make contact with Dandridge to repair heating unit Saturday before lunch. Was told he would be here first thing in the morning. 10:30 came around and it was too cold for my babies to be in the house without heat, so we left the house AFTER letting the landlord know we would be leaving and even waited for him to call and tell us the status of Dandridge’s arrival; then we left at 11:30.
