I wish my Husband and I could have gotten good service like so many wrote about. I guess we were the Lucky Ones like a few Others. The Worst! My Husband called directly to the place, he shared the number with me to call to see what happened to my Valentine Flowers He Ordered for me. They Denied Talking to him, but he made sure he was talking with the people in the shop in Dandridge and they told him Yes, He was! So they were not an FTD Service like they told me! I am thankful for the caring attitude and the attention to detail that was given to the spray for my Father-in-Law's casket spray. He loved Christmas and we wanted to have hints of Christmas in the spray. I took them a red truck and they made it happen and was early in getting it delivered to Sevierville so we did not have to worry that it would arrive late(which had happened in the past with another florist). I absolutely recommend this florist. Thank you guys so much for your care and beautiful work!
