DR Dandridge is wonderful!
DR Dandridge is wonderful but its very difficult to see her. There is an employee that works in the front office named Brittney and she will deny you the ability to see Dr Dandridge or get any medical assistance if she is not approving of your account status. I always have a zero balance on my account. When I had a medical emergency 6 months ago i was refused service because of an insurance payment that was kickedback from a prior year. I had a great experience with Dr Dandridge and her staff. I had a referral from the VA and Dr Dandridge put in an emergency referral for my tooth extraction. When they got the referral back they had an opening for the next day. I took it and it went well. They had an opening for the next day for cleaning and I took it. The is very pleasant and have great customer service. I definitely recommend them. Thank you Dr Dandridge and Ashley and the rest of the staff. I appreciate everything you helped me with.
Not sure who I spoke with, but as soon as I said Medicaid, she cut me off mid sentence and her tone changed and said "No! We dont take medicaid patients" and just hung up. I just thought that was very rude and uncalled for.
