A plumbing company gave us a free estimate for a big drain problem at our house while we were still in escrow. They used a camera to check the pipes and sent me a video along with their quote. I decided to call a plumber after noticing their van at my neighbor’s place. Our plumber, Theodore, was very friendly and professional. We had a leaky outdoor spigot and the shut off valve for the outside water was also dripping in the basement. Theodore took the time to explain what he was going to fix, talked me through any possible issues, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. i had a great experience with the plumber, leonard. my water heater started leaking, and leonard really went the extra mile to help me get a replacement under warranty, so i only had to pay for the installation. other plumbing companies just wanted to sell me a new water heater and charge for the install. leonard also made sure i had hot water while waiting for the new tank to arrive. he was professional, worked fast, and kept his promises. i would definitely recommend him to my friends. excellent service!
