Not punctual at all ,I have been waiting for 40 mints just to collect my blood test result.yet there is one more patient infront of me to be seen by doctor then my turn God knows how long it will take .not recommended at all .
The receptionist is rude and unprofessional yesterday I had a 9:30 AM appointment, but despite arriving on time, I had to wait until 11:30 PM to be seen. This long delay suggests a lack of consideration for patients' time. I recommend avoiding this place.
The girl is the counter with hijab is incredibly unprofessional. Cut the call right on our face!!! Seriously, no customer service and accountability. She needs to be kicked out.
