They give you an appointment time and you show up right on time then you wait for 45min and to top it off put people who walk in after you in front of you. Very unprofessional and unorganised.
Abida Hamimi is so rude and never respects anybody including the workers, whenever we ask for an appointment she says mean things to us which is really unprofessional & inappropriate. I wonder how people keep going to this kind of place where you get 0 respect.
This clinic is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking disrespectfully to everyone. Dr. Hamimi is also unhelpful and unwilling to assist with basic requests. My brother went in simply to obtain a referral to see a specialist—at his own expense—and was refused without valid reason. This has happened on multiple occasions. The level of unprofessionalism and discourtesy is unacceptable. I will be taking the necessary steps to file a formal complaint against this clinic.
Very patient and kind staff. The 2 doctors are good and listen to your problems
The place is very cold, while the weather outside is 11 degrees the window are open but the receptionist wearing her Coat and headscarf to keep her warm. No respect for the patients!!!!
