This medical centre doesn’t even deserve one star. If there was a zero option, I’d give it that. They made us wait over two hours just for a 10-minute appointment – bloody ridiculous

Out of the receptionists here, only the Asian receptionist is well mannered and respectful. She would answer every enquiry in detail patiently, never rude or putting people off. The other receptionists are the exact opposite: rude, impatient, obnoxious. I have no idea why are they there in the first place if their daily mission there is to piss off every patient that walks through the door.

They give you an appointment time and you show up right on time then you wait for 45min and to top it off put people who walk in after you in front of you. Very unprofessional and unorganised.

Abida Hamimi is so rude and never respects anybody including the workers, whenever we ask for an appointment she says mean things to us which is really unprofessional & inappropriate. I wonder how people keep going to this kind of place where you get 0 respect.

This clinic is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking disrespectfully to everyone. Dr. Hamimi is also unhelpful and unwilling to assist with basic requests. My brother went in simply to obtain a referral to see a specialist—at his own expense—and was refused without valid reason. This has happened on multiple occasions. The level of unprofessionalism and discourtesy is unacceptable. I will be taking the necessary steps to file a formal complaint against this clinic.
