The staff at DVH were truly the sweetest. Unfortunately we were there to send off our sweet Nori. Not only did the staff do their very best to go through the whole procedure patiently while I said goodbye but we also received flowers the next day. I really appreciate how kind and supportive they were especially since we had our new born with us so it was a bit chaotic saying goodbye with a crying baby. I would definitely recommend DVH to friends and family.
We have always been pleased with the care and information given by all staff members.
