Wow. Went in there with my personal cat, as it had picked up cat flu from my fosters. Wondering why they make you pay up front for your consultation, soon found out why, after vet Darren examines cat and told me he wasnt going to reccomend antibiotics (the only reason i went there is to get a next day appt for some further antibiotics.,, as usual vet takes longer). Just before Christmas last year, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let my beloved rabbit go. It was an urgent situation and several nearby clinics couldn’t see us, but this clinic kindly offered an immediate appointment. From the moment we arrived, the staff and vet were incredibly compassionate and gentle.
