I took my puppy for a rabies vaccine and eu export documents and the human treatment and attention was absolutely remarkable. Words wouldn't make any justice to describe the job these woman are doing. From the reception to the vet, excellent and clear communication, gentle and caring and so accommodating. I couldn't recommend it more.
Great and friendly staff and very supportive Vet Doctor who loves to help out in any circumstances.
Dr Shortt has been nothing but stellar with two dogs that I assisted with in exporting to their mom. From an anxious dog that needed a blood sample, the research in ensuring the process was completed correctly and the correct samples would be tested, to the corrections on the final certificates that needed to be made, The service was beyond expectations and I highly recommend this veterinary hospital because the level of service was AMAZING!
