It's been a year since my failed surgery. James Leong is rude, arrogant and has no patient empathy. He was happy to take my money and when the surgery turned out to be a failure, his words at my last review were "if it hasn't fixed itself in 6 weeks, it's not going to. I was very disappointed with the bedside manner displayed by A/Prof Leong during my appointment. After being shown into the room, I was left waiting alone for approximately 10 minutes before he returned. When he did, there was no greeting or attempt to establish rapport. Throughout the consultation, he appeared disengaged and showed little empathy.
