Has everything you need for fitness and well being. Plenty of parking and reasonable fees. It's oldish, however a new facility is being built next door in a few years.
I've been a member on and off years, nothing has really changed. Honestly I only come here because of the hydrotherapy pool and spa, it helps with my chronic back pain from a car accident years ago. I re joined in march 2025 but only the aquatic membership, as my back pain is worse than ever. I'm so disappointed the temperature in the hydrotherapy pool isn't that warm. The spa was luke warm more on the cold side and the sauna has been closed. My money is been wasted on this membership but at this stage I need it for my pain ... read more
