Great facilities
Very disappointed of late. I’ve been a long time member and am now going elsewhere. There’s always something not working properly and recently there was 2 months or more where there was no hot water in the showers. This made me stop going as often and when they finally fixed it they then had the cheek to put up the prices. If anything we should be getting refunds not paying more.
Never answer the phone ive tried 3 days in a row my time is precious aswell and after 27 minutes I give up and try each day very difficult as im disabled and dont own a car should I pay for a ride down ask some questions then pay for a ride back home?.... Come on answer the phone......
Just turned shit after they planned the build the new place. Even before that it was really worse. For example three weeks the showers water was completely cold. The jacuzzi was cold and the hydrotherapy as well. By all of these shits they increased the membership fee as well. I do not recommend this place at all.
