I originally wasn’t going to leave a review because I couldn’t be bothered. However, six months later I’m still dealing with the exact issue I went in to discuss, so I feel it’s worth sharing my experience. I waited several months for the appointment, which was fine. The doctor also ran late, which again I had no issue with. The problem was the actual consultation with Sanjay Raghav. Dr Andrew Ma treated my father in law Mr Mafizur Rahman with care and respect.
Trying to call the clinic for details regarding an appointment. They state on Google that they open at 9, their voicemail says 9, yet I get the after hours message and that I cannot leave a voice message. What is the point in advertising your opening hours if you do not open at those hours? To update this further, I had been on the phone for 10mins+ and have heard them take the phone off the hook and REPLACE me back on hold 3 TIMES NOW. Friendly and welcoming reception staff upon entering this clinic. Helped ease my nerves before neurology appointment. Calming music and beautiful paintings in the foyer. Dr. Raghav was very knowledgable, professional and also had a warm manner. Highly recommend this practice.
