The Dandenong Neurology and specialist group provides a great medical service. I have a positive experience with a genuine caring on patients. Awesome doctors especially my consultant Dr. Sanjay takes time to listen and explain. Reception staff are fabulous and treating patients kindly manner. Always pleasure to visit this clinic. Highly recommend
incredibly rude lady who called me for missing an appointment. i was not able to afford their prices the first time so i had rebooked. nobody send me an email or a text message indicating when my appointment was. when she called me to follow up she claimed i was ‘undeserving of the appointment ‘ and tried charging me $100 for not being at an appointment that i was never informed for.
Money hungry practice that’s preys on people with little money, just trying to get some help and answers. My younger sister came in on time for her appointment and ended up waiting about an hour while her neurologist, who couldn’t give a damn about her, made a coffee and sat in the staff room, even though he was the one running late! $350 for what kind of service and care? Stay away from Sanjay Raghav, Especially if you are elderly… “what do you expect at your age” Called out my father for being old when he went for condition to be reviewed! Totally unprofessional Sanjay! You need learn some basic people skills on how to deal with people in the western world!
