Helpful staff but they could have cleared the windows on the courtesy car for me.
Be very careful and make sure they don't turn your dash cam off when it goes in for a service. The last footage on mine was of the car entering the workshop. Then they disconnected it so it wouldn't film in the workshop...and even worse...left it disconnected. So disgusting and dangerous. When we pay so much for the camera for the dealership service to disconnect it while in their "care" It was only discovered recently that they'd done this. That was by far the worst service I’ve ever had or possibly could dream of. Firstly I booked 3 weeks in advance online and had no one contact me to confirm. I had to call to confirm it myself. Then I was told 2 hour quick 15,000km service…IT WENT FOR 4 DAYS! Waited around for 4 hours in the center being told “will be done soon” for 2 hours straight, before having to leave for a work meeting which I was given a hire car for.
