The salesperson couldn't even bother to help us except for opening the car door for us to take a look. He was busy scrolling through his phone the whole time. We drove for 3 hours to get here, and it's clear that no one arranged for a test drive or customer service. After seeing many negative reviews, I feel lucky that I didn't end up buying a car from this place.
We enquired about a Mitsubishi Outlander over the weekend and I can't tell how great the experience with Bailey was. Prior to meet up, he engaged throughout, and during the process he was articulate and passionate about the brand and the experience the customer would have with the vehicles. Absolute joy to work with and extremely in tune with the customers. If you go here, go see Bailey.
I would give no stars if i could. Steer clear if you want your statutory warranty honoured. This company constantly blame-shifts & communication is terrible.
⭐ 1 star – Worst service ever! I bought a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander from this dealer and requested a front nudge bar at the time of purchase to protect the car from any damage. It’s been over a year and they still haven’t provided it. I eventually gave up and switched the order to a tow bar for trailer towing, thinking it might be faster. Waited another 2 months, still no contact or update. I had to chase them up myself, and all they said was “we’ll just refund you.” The worst part?
