Best service, car was accused and clean. Chris was excellent at drop off and pick up. Vat ready an hour before scheduled time. Im happy and so is my car
Wasted time, ignored, no customer service. Ready to purchase vehicle, booked a test drive online, spoke with Sales person. Rang again to confirm on the day, drove 70 kms to show room to be told no one was available. Gave up after waiting 45 mins in show room. I have purchased multiple vehicles from the Booran group over a long time but today was a disgrace. Remove the online booking process because it is a waste of time. Don’t come here expecting customer service.
