My husband and I purchased a new car from Dandenong Kia and our experience with Naz our salesman was absolutely fantastic over the period of ordering to just before picking up our car, so why the one star you ask!! It is because our experience with the actual Sales Manager just prior to picking up our car was horrific, he was arrogant and downright rude which spoilt the excitement of purchasing a new car (normally one of life's milestones) so unless this man has left try another franchise.
