Could have been happier and more satisfied with the service I was given from Dion while purchasing my new car. No question was too silly, he promptly messaged back with any of my questions, kept me in the loop for the pick up day and they were more than happy for me test drive the as much as needed when making the decision between hybrid and turbo. The reason I give them a one star review was due to them not being honest and me having bad experience with them. I went to buy i30 Sedan a couple weeks ago and there are many things I found it unsatisfactory. First, the test drive. During the test drive one of the sale follow the test drive, I don't mind the salesman following me but what I don't like is that I can only test drive the direction he give. Picked up my new i20N today from Dandenong Hyundai, I cannot recommend Ramzey enough, he deserves salesman of the year. Rather than just wanting to sell me a car he genuinely wanted me to own the car, his negotiations were fair and I found him extremely friendly and accommodating. 100/10
