I called on July 15th at 10:10am and booked an appointment with Dandenong Monash Pathology for the 28th of July at 8:15. I even confirmed which building I had to go in to. You guys record your calls so I'm sure anyone can verify that the above information is correct. I show up at 8:00am and wait until about 8:50. Mind you there are only two of us there but the hospital is doing some renovations, they had to move their pathology centre and everything is completely disorganized. Sunday 30th June. The staff and service were amazing. Didn't wait long at all.
Today I go there with my friend for some general information and I waited around half hour of cashier department.Then one lady come and very rudely behaviour , unprofessional. We are very disappointed for service.
I have type 1 Diabetes and have to do a fasting test every 3 months. The hospital tells me that I have to be there at 8am. So I always arrive before 8. Today was no different. I had been fasting since 10pm. Did not get seen until 10am. My sugar levels dropped so much I could not function. Zero cares given!!! They let multiple people push in. One guy walked in handed her his paper and went straight in. You need to work on your systems. Very upset.
