Awful. Ordered Shutters and I was told 6-7 weeks, possibly earlier. It took 6 months (!!!!!) before they finally arrived and were fitted - and one whole section didn't fit. They've cracked TWO of my window frames in fitting the others. They NEVER phone back when they say they will and the customer service is APPALLING. Do NOT use this company!!!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WORSE EVER My elderly parents ordered blinds in Jan 14 paid a deposit - given a delivery date no one turned up no courtesy calls lied to several times finally the blinds arrive today and they are the wrong colour - Mum kept them because she was totally over their lies. They still had the cheek to take the balance of the money owing. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. Once they have your deposit they just don't give a rats!
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Rude customer service, no communication and lie after lie about the status of my order. I ordered canvas awnings in September as we are expecting a baby and wanted to block summer sun out of the nursery, i paid 50% deposit (nearly $1000) and was told 2 weeks until installation. after receiving no communication after 4 weeks I called and was told definitely next week, this process occurred again and again over the next 7 consecutive weeks with the same promise. We ordered new blinds for our new house being built and they advised us the day before they were due to be installed that they didn't have them all. They had several weeks lead in and also told us all blinds were made onsite which was obviously not true. Blinds arrived another 5 days later and then one of them was damaged. This was discovered after they had left. I called the office and was told I needed to call their employee to come back, SHOCKING customer service right there.... I purchased blinds worth $4000 and the agreed delivery time was 2 weeks, but they delivered them in over 3 months. They made mistakes several times, brought wrong blinds, installed some of them upside down and missed some of them. They asked for full fee before delivering fully. The customer service is terrible. Even after a huge delay they didn’t say “we are sorry”. Purchasing from them was a nightmare.
