Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is convenient and suitable for a short stay. However, the room service was below expectations. The air conditioning was quite noisy, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room, which affected overall comfort. Overall, the stay was average. With improvements to room service, room freshness, and noise levels, the experience could be much better.

This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. Our booking was mishandled by the hotel, and instead of taking responsibility, the front desk staff responded with rudeness, hostility, and a completely unprofessional attitude. When we raised the issue, we were spoken to like idiots, talked over, and treated as though we had done something wrong.
