Have been chasing for nearly a week for a refund that they agreed to offer and just get handed off to another person who doesn’t even get back to you I paid for a 2 bedroom apartment as I had my son and partner staying for the night - unfortunately we were given a single bedroom in which we had no choice but to share The room that we also had - sheets were filthy and had blood stains from previous.
