Extremely Disrespectful Service – Avoid Booking Here I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hotel on October 3rd around 4:40 PM (Sydney time). I called to make a reservation, but the moment the receptionist answered, she shouted, “This is the second call from Expedia, what’s the problem?”—without even a greeting or basic courtesy. Had a great time there. It is central to food and shops. Service was great and the Apartment was clean.
The staff are friendly, My only concern is the Restaurant down stairs, with the smokers . Hope the smokers could be moved elsewhere,
I deeply regret ever booking this hotel. The front desk staff working today is the rudest, most unprofessional, and disrespectful I have ever encountered. I arrived exhausted, sick, and pregnant, traveling with my husband after a long trip, we decided to book a hotel last minute (1 hour before check in time) and postponed to drive my family's home.
