I booked this place through Booking.com. When I made the reservation, the pictures looked good and the price was reasonable. However, upon arrival on check-in day, I was shocked by the surrounding atmosphere, which looked very bad and scary. So, I decided to abandon the booking and find another hotel.
I would never stay here again. I travel around Victoria often and this was the worse facility that I have ever stayed in. So disappointing, we stayed for two nights, the room was freezing even with the spilt system on full all night. Luke warm water and no water pressure. There were stains on the carpet, scuffs everywhere and a hole in the wall. The room needed a clean with soap scum on the shower and a hair found in the basin. Extremely scary,when we first arrived here the buildings looked horrible and the super unsafe.The conditions looked so bad I didn’t dare enter.We booked here for 1 night but seeing how things were and reading the other reviews(that were all true by the way) we didnt hesitate booking a new hotel.
