Hit a curb late night before, got the wheel changed out and called Dandenong Autos & Tyres on a Sunday, Manish answered and said come down whenever. I arrived and another gentleman was waiting, told me Manish was out personally grabbing him a brake part and thought wow great customer service and that was exactly what he provided the whole time. Neil gave 10/10 service. I called up at 3.05pm on a Saturday for 4x wheel replacements. Neil got me started at 3.10pm, as soon as I arrived. With a smile on his face and a great conversation we discussed tyres and got the process started. By 3.31pm I was driving away. Would recommend Neil and his team 100%
Happy with the service here today. Thanks again. Approach me while they were busy with a customer vehicle in less then 5 mins. Then a 1 minute after that I was asked to reverse my car into there driveway and then the other dude comes out of no where and gets the job done in less then 20 minutes for 1 tire change over and balance for $170. 👍🏻
