Wouldn’t take me lawnmower here, let alone me car. Took my ute in for a simple service, and not only did they take way longer than promised, but they also tried to charge me for “extra work” I never asked for. Mate, if I wanted to be ripped off, I’d go to a dodgy used car dealer, not a mechanic. Customer service? Nonexistent. Bloke behind the counter looked like he’d rather be anywhere else, and trying to get a straight answer out of him was like pulling teeth. Luckily found this garage on google for our Road Worthy and Service after purchasing a car from Queensland which little to our knowledge had a lot of issues. Tariq and his dad were very fair in pricing considering the amount of work that needed done and as time went on more and more issues appeared and Tariq always went above and beyond to help us in any situation we found ourselves in.
