I missed their call in early July for appointment scheduling, I called back on the same day, then every week to try to get hold of somebody. The month of July is ending now, I have called and left 4 messages but never hear anything back. I think they need to train their staff properly or hire more stuff for customer service.
Friendly staffs and Dr explained the health condition very well. No much waiting time. I strongly recommend this clinic.
