I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Arthur Chung. The appointment felt rushed, and he provided no real explanation or guidance,just told me to continue the same medication. I honestly felt like I got more useful information from ChatGPT than from the consultation. It felt like a complete waste of my time. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. There was visible hair on the white chair, which made the environment feel less than properly maintained.
From start to finish, it was a brutal experience dealing with dandelion allergy. I really wish we had more options for allergy clinics in Milton because I feel you’d be better off going anywhere else. All information given by the clinic and doctors is minimal at best (unclear directions, emails with incorrect info, no ability to call the clinic really), I waited months for test results that I ended up having to chase down because everyone there seemed completely incapable of finding results for labs they ordered, there’s a m... read more
