Extremely disappointing experience. My wife and I visited for an allergy test and were told to wait 20 minutes after the testing solution was applied. However, no one came to check the results or provide any update. We waited for over an hour and were completely overlooked. We eventually left without being seen. This level of service shows a lack of respect for patients’ time and needs significant improvement.
I visited Dandelion Allergy Centre on June, 24th at 11.30AM. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Kim, my allergy specialist. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and organized, and I was seen on time. Dr. Kim took the time to listen carefully to all of my symptoms and concerns, and asked thoughtful questions to fully understand my situation. I was so impressed with this clinic! The office staff were friendly and very efficient. I walked in just before my appointment time and was seen right away by Dr. Falcone who was so knowledgeable and informative about my issues. Her bedside manner was very respectful and she was very open to any questions I had.
a great experience for my 2.5 year old, everyone from reception to the MD was professional and kind. Definitely recommend!
