Where to start??? I could start with the two appointments that he scheduled me in for and didn't show up but that doesn't really give a full picture of my terrible experience. After successfully installing a new head unit in my car, he was unable to complete the job with the back up camera install. We scheduled the camera install on two separate occasions, both of which he slept in for.
