I was very satisfied with their work until the last time I took my Equinox in for a rattle in front end . They said I needed new struts for $980.00. The rattle went away for a few months but came back. I had Pleasant Run Automotive Service check the rattle and was told somebody put silicone in the caliper to stop the rattle. So instead of replacing calipers they said I needed new struts which cost twice what it would have cost to replace calipers.
