If you’re thinking of buying a home from Danco, milk them for all they’re worth. We thought the homes were selling quickly so we settled and didn’t ask for much (just homeowners insurance), but I wish we had asked for more, especially for the price of the home. They do everything as cheap as possible and seem to only hire yes-men instead of people who will actually do things correctly. This company let's federally label gangs run their apartment complex. They will never fix anything and allow people to harass you on property.
