A class act group. After damage to one of my vehicles was sustained from a flying rock off a Danco truck, they quickly and properly took the reins and made it right. It was the right thing to do and they did it without me even having to ask.

Was promised a 30% income apartment at the orchard common Apt in Santa Rosa when I signed the initial application for this place. Was told I made enough for one of the 30% units. Come to the mass lease signing Jan 10th was told I made too much, and was told I was getting a 60% unit. (My income had not changed) 3/24 my rent went up from $1404 to $1679. A $275 dollar increase! Then rent went up again in Oct of 2024. From $1679 to $1848 another $169 increase. Two rent increases in one year! A total of $444! Now let's go back to... read more
