Dancing Needles, what a terrible experience. Beware folks. The long/short is my wife dropped off a childrens shirt for monogramming, store looses shirt, provides refund for new shirt, charges extra for embroidery work (nearly double the price), removes negative post from thier site, and then calls my wife so they can "talk." Wife calls in tears, so I go to the store to speak with the manager. Manager is unavailable, owner is eating lunch and cannot come out?!?!
