I reached out on behalf of Communities of Color Coalition to inquire about availability for our 11th annual race conference. Chef Aloria prepared very generously sized platters for an event I organized. She was very responsive and on time and her homemade cheesecake brownies are DELICIOUS. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
