We wanted to create a place where people can walk in and instantly feel happy—a true “happy place” where dance, workout, and fun all come together. A space filled with good energy, movement, and joy, where people can let go, feel free, and enjoy every moment. We want everyone to leave feeling uplifted, energized, and smiling from the inside out.
The instructors are really fun, friendly, accommodating, and inspiring. It wasn't what I was expecting, but it sure gets me moving! I go to Tuesday late afternoon classes back to back, and Quande, Karen, and Lisa are so good - love their energy and momentum! I had Maria (the owner) in one of Lisa's classes too, and that was fun too. I would have come to Maria's class too on Wednesdays if the time worked for me. Always a positive vibe here and everyone is welcoming! Dance moves are easy to pick up on, you’ll get a great cardio in, and it’s fun! The time goes by so quickly in class so knocking out an hour workout is a breeze!
