Founded in 2013, DanceBody’s mission is to provide a fun and effective workout by infusing functional training with the playfulness of dance. And each summer DanceBody Hamptons is in East Hampton and Montauk for fun dance cardio and cardio sculpt classes that make you sweat! Our dancers-turned-instructors move clients’ bodies in new ways through dance-inspired fitness. Clients come to DanceBody, virtually and in person, for a workout that strengthens both body and mind.
