You guys are literally the worst with your loud music and loud parties. It’s past 10:50 PM and you’re still playing loud music disrupting the neighborhood. This has been an ongoing thing for years. I dread the holidays and any special events because of your loud music past quiet time hours making it impossible to sleep.
Yoga class by Heather was so so so so special. It is not just following the movement but felt spiritual and really wonderfully healing. At the same time, she made us work, and my body was sweating, and it felt very nimble the next day. She asked us at the beginning of the class where we are feeling tension and really incorporated that into the class. Took her yoga class at Harbin and very much enjoyed the flow. Very knowledgeable and great mastery in how to lead a class from start to finish.
Aerial classes (an experience not to be missed), excellent Iyengar/Ashtanga influenced instruction, great live DJ dances, and affordable prices make this an exceptional yoga studio.
