After dancing throughout childhood and college, I went through a phase where I didn't dance because it seemed like most studios offered classes primarily for youth, or there just weren't enough adults in the class to make me feel comfortable. The classes are high energy and leveled properly; everyone is supportive and encouraging. Positive vibes abound. Not only is this a fantastic and fun place to dance, it’s a fantastic place to be around other fantastic and fun humans.
Dancelab literally made me a better dancer and a more confident one. So dont be intimidated because one class and it will do that to you too. I had taken from many others but this studio truly cares more about the heart of the dancer and less about the money.
