Was following a white dodge dually truck with a double decker trailer on lincoln way west chambersburg pa when we went around the square I was in the left lane, the truck was in the right, I gave him leave way so he could make the exit of the square, then he went back to the right lane, then slowly started to merge into the left, no turn signal and took about 50 feet to finish the merge, dude then turned into sheets and also did not use turn signal. Tried to call this place to report him and they do not accept calls.....
