Dave is what you hope to find in a contractor. Readily available, responds promptly, comes to site when he says he's going to. Easily sizes up the job and gets to it. Orderly and efficient, when something is needed, Dave'll go get it after informing you of the requirement. Overall impression is of solid competence and confidence. Most things you ask Dave? " I can do that " and he does. Top quality person and worker.
I called Dancar because I was having outdoor leaking tap issues that I could not resolve. Dave Ashcroft called me back promptly & said he would come by when he completed his current job. He checked out my taps & said he would get the necessary replacement parts in the morning & shut off my tap so the leaking would stop & returned early the next day to replace my old taps.
