Terrible owners, no maintenance, try to avoid at all costs
I don't know how expensive these places are because I just come here to visit family. Other than that, I love it here. Danbury Village, Putnam Village, and the surrounding condos and apartments give this place great vibes, especially when relaxing on the balcony. Plenty of visitor parking as well!
I know a lot of people want to move to Danbury village because of the area and the school district, but I would highly suggest you look a little further down on Putnam Blvd. You'll pay high condo fees but seemingly get nothing in return. If there's an issue nobody will call you back. People constantly put their trash outside of the dumpsters so everyone has to just look at it as you drive by.
