Richard (Bruce, some call him, but its his last name) have worked on my car before he opened Danbury Precision Transmission. When transmission on my Lexus ES300 went down, I knew exactly who could fix it, and he did it again by tuning it up to a factory standard! Hello my name is Bob, I own an older Toyota Avalon with very high mileage. I recently had a transmission issue and Precision Transmission was recommended to me. I met with the owner Bruce. He was so nice, very knowledgeable and very courteous. We discussed several options and I decided to have him rebuilt the transmission. His team did a great job. Bruce gave me the run around for two weeks, would not honor multiple set appointments....after wasting my company time and money we ended up taking our business to Croce's transmission in Norwalk, who were able to see and diagnose the problem on the same day, Avoid at all costs unless you want to add stress and broken promises to your transmission issues!
