No can do their job worth a damn, either the women in the office are complete liars or complete imbeciles. Don't say you have availability on Friday then say you filled capacity two weeks ago.

Office staff hates residents. Terrible service. No one answers phones (the are never plugged up) intentionally. Danbury literally hired a women who steals and scam residents. They had great office staff with Rachel, Aj and Brittani. Now they just hire anyone. Tammy took gifts card before giving them to residents, in 2 days she has completely destroyed what the city has been building for years now. Shockingly it was really getting better. There was recently a change of staff in the leasing office. AJ Kelsey took over the position of property manager during my leasing process. I noticed a huge change in productivity once AJ took over as property manager. He is extremely personable, attentive and efficient. Brittini & AJ make a wonderful team. They both made me feel that I was in good hands with them.
