I cannot recommend this facility. Upon entering, rather than saying hello or how are you, they immediately ask for an insurance card or a form of payment. Money over health. Secondly, I had an appointment but still waited in the lobby for well over 30 mins all to be taken into the back, and to speak with Dr. Justin for approximately 45 seconds. I spent more time with the nurse performing the Xray than I did with the doctor. The doctor and this facility showed very little care in my specific case. I doctor rushed through the ... read more
I've seen doctors here before without any complaint (Mullins & Guglielmo - love them) but when I needed facet injections I had a horrible experience with Dr. Hochkeppel. I've had shots many times without issue, but these were the most painful I've every had. There was no compassion by him, or his staff & I was actually scolded like a child for expressing that pain! I left in tears. I made sure my referring Dr. was aware of my experience. My pain also increased & now I have to see someone else for another procedure. Never aga... read more

this is one of the best experiences that we ever had going to urgent care doctor. My wife was in tremendous knee pain and awoke on Sunday morning wanting to go to the hospital. Luckily she found ortho Connecticut in Danbury we call they said come in immediately . when we arrived, they took all our insurance information and within 30 minutes we were seeing the doctor after our vitals were taken.
