Danbury Hospital was a nightmare, understaffed, overcrowded. Arrived by ambulance, over 4 hours shoved in ER waiting with flu CoVid patients. Told there was a room waiting but have not been seen. Only one other person was here when we arrived and still is. If I have a choice in the future we will go to Bridgeport!!!!! Zero rating

I brought a family member in for mental health services and they did practically nothing. Asked her a few questions and sent her on her way. Terrible and sad.

My daughter gave birth to a wonderful baby boy last month and I was pleased with the care and support they gave to my daughter. It was beautiful and I want to say thank you very much for your loving care and support. Well offered, thanks to the entire staff. Many blessings.

I recently needed emergency Cath lab surgery; they were wonderful.They were quick, professional,caring and thorough.Excellent doctors and staff, excellent. ,thank you.

Was brought in by ambulance. Severe pain in the left ear and neck. Had a panic attack when I had this pain thinking something was wrong. The Doctor on call was terrible. The nurse I had Sabrina was worse but I did notice she was being worked to the bone. There is something wrong with me I ask the doctor to feel the obvious bump next to my ear and to compare it to the right side. It is obvious and he brushed it off. Good luck finding out any information on your loved one. If their name doesn't come up on the hospital's computer system it's like they don't exist. Spent an hour on the phone being transferred from one place to another, at one point being disconnected, to be told they understood my frustration, but there was nothing they could do for me. I would give them zero stars if it'd let me.

Since Nuvance became the local health corporation, things have dramatically changed for the worse. Danbury and New Milford Hospitals were never elite hospitals to begin with but what is happening now is scary and dehumanizing. It is clear that the "care" is missing from health care and money is the ultimate priority with this corporation. People who have been paying, loyal, polite, on-time "customers" for decades cannot get their phone calls answered never mind make an appointment. Just had.a hip replacement. Have felt like a princess since I arrived. Everyone is wonderful. Everything is immaculate. Nice private room. Breakfast was yummy and an orchid on the fruit cup. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT NORTHERN DUTCHESS HOSPITAL.

I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this emergency room. I was foolish enough to come back here again. I found out out on my second visit that they missed something on my first cat scan. STAY AWAY!!!!
