My wife went for a MRI exam in July 2023. This seems hard to believe, but they attempted to get an IV inserted 12 times!!!! They finally gave up, recommend getting it done with ultrasound. There is a fine line between delivering quality care and knowing the limitations of the facility. At what point should this be considered abuse? Why not make this recommendation after 3 maybe 4 times but 12 times!!! Why not have a staff trained to do this with ultrasound? We had another test needed to be done at 2pm upstairs. We finished at 2:15 and came down to an mri early. There was noone in the waiting room after 3:00 and we literally sat there until 3:45 because our appointment wasn't until then. I asked at the desk if we could be taken early and she said our appt wasn't until 4 and didn't even look at me. What a disgrace.

Best staff. So friendly and willing to help this working mama out. My son needed an X-ray and although they were done for the day, Kathy so graciously said she’d do it. Thank you Kathy and the friendly receptionist/ front desk woman, I’m so sorry, I’m blanking on your name. I really wish there were more people like you both in this world.
