UPDATE: Danbury customer service made this right. They refunded my money for the extra Cafe au lait sent in error and I received the Platinum Ice that I reordered with no problem. I changed my 2 stars review to 5 stars for their great customer service making it right!! Thank you and I will order from them again. Previous Review: 2 Stars for getting my order half right. Excellent friendly great customer service
2 Stars for getting my order half right. I order two different colors of redken shades toners 1 Platinum Ice and 1 Cafe au lait, when I received my order they were both the Cafe au lait shade. Dissapointing I had to reorder the Platinum Ice toner.
It has been delayed and still has not even reached my town yet.
