Excellent experience with Danbury Beauty. Easy website and very quick ship and deliver. Customer service can't be beat. I can't say enough about the response on a product question I had. Do NOT buy from this retailer. I purchased the redken frizz dismiss shampoo and they sent me a VERY expired bottle. I noticed the smell was off and the packaging was different. I asked a hair professional friend who said she believed it was very expired. I did some research and saw that the shampoo was last produced in this bottle and with this formula early 2021 … and they sold it to me in 2026. The shampoo has a 12 month listed expiration date on it as well. It does not lather at all. When I let them know this they refused... read more

I am a crossdresser and have always struggled with wigs. I contacted Freda about my needs and we set up a time for me to shop. She spent close to two hours helping me out with different wigs. Finding one that was comfortable and properly styled I no longer struggle with my wig. Wonderful experience and customer service.
