This shop is by far the best experience I have ever had with anything retail. Their customer service exceeds expectations by a mile. Rusty was able to help me with my incredibly difficult schedule because I work in the DC area and I am never at home. Rusty and his team made the process of ordering, fitting, pick up and return so simple. They are friendly and experienced. We could not be more pleased with the suits for my son's wedding and my husband's suit that we bought. I highly recommend for the experience AND the value. Very reasonable pricing. Top-notch from start to finish. My son's wedding could not have looked any better. The suits rented made everyone, including my 52 year old body, look their best. Service was spot on. Great place very professional and knowledgeable with great deals top end very friendly people
Highly recommended, the owner worked with my schedule and accommodated his time after hours to fit my son for his senior prom tux. While there someone else came after hours and he gladly helped them as well. Made our fitting fun, laughed and joked with my son and his girlfriend. Support local small businesses over these corporate stores. I saved money by shopping small business, and now have a go to for all our tuxedo needs.
