Bought our house here in September. You pay $200 a month for your snow to be partially cleared and you have to finish it yourself, same with the yard. And as far as warranties go, you find out once you move in that nothing is really covered. We've had a banging noise in our vents constantly for months and warranties department says it's normal. Absolutely nothing on our final walk-through has been addressed and it's been 3 months.
This is a slab home built in 2021 i just purchased and carpet needed to be replaced . When we tore carpet out this was revealed. Cracks in slab foundation the size of the Grand Canyon.....drywall tape also coming loose cracks in every inside corner ......shabby work to say the least. Very disappointed!!!!
