Dan was extremely helpful throughout the entire installation process. It was done on time and on budget. A few months later when I had an unrelated plumbing problem, Dan went above and beyond to help me out with it at no charge. He is very prompt in getting back to you, service is great!
Danali has completed several jobs for us already. Always on time, on budget, and very polite.
Terrible behaviour. Upon requesting a quote from the company (which is a part of the job weather you get the job or not) they provided one. And when they were informed that their quote wasn’t picked due to better pricing and a better plan. They took it upon themselves to push and beg my mother in law for the work. And after again being told they weren’t chosen, the worker began to pout. Our first Red flag should have been that Danali was referred to us through Always Plumbing and Heating (I would not recommend them either). Dan and his crew came out to our house to fix our in floor heating and PROMISED that they would not leave us in a bind as Always had and PROMISED that he would get back to us by the end of April, I am assuming he meant 2023. And still nothing. The pipes that Dan installed are leaking which he says is the fault of the pump but how would we know? I sent Dan a text at the end of April reque... read more
